Thanksgiving

In our humble opinion, this photograph is the epitome of unadulterated, innocent joy (just click on it to get a larger view): We don't know which is more cute - the butt in the air or the bed head?

The family headed to Grandma and Grandpa's casa in Dallas to spend some quality time during the Thanksgiving holiday. Benjamin did well in the car - the car tends to put him to sleep so we are lucky in that regard.

Ben enjoyed the company of his cousins, Aunt, Uncle, and his grandparents. (Okay, okay - so Benjamin isn't quite smiling in this picture with his cousins, Hunter and Keith, but if you had been there 5 seconds before, he was all smiles).

Ben spent an ample amount of time attempting his "swimming", we mean crawling moves. He hasn't quite figured out how to pick up the belly but he sure can move those arms and legs like a fish out of water.

Benjamin's latest progress: Grabbing. Every object is his desire - we are beginning to grow that "extra set of eyes" that all parents have. We sense that paying attention is no longer going to be an option..it's going to be a mandatory way of life from this point on. ;) Sigh.
Till next week.

Go Benjamin Go! He is going to be crawling in no time. He looks so different. Still a cutie.
