Finally - no more computer issues!
Our little guy now has pseudo conversations - instead of saying noises, he now babbles. He pushes our ottoman around the living room while he walks behind it. He can now hold onto the wall and stand. He is becoming more confident with his ways. He cruises the couch, the walls, chairs, tables, etc. As far as food, he is very curious with food - he doesn't necessarily like everything he tastes, but he tries it.
Well, since we last posted Benjamin has attended several social events!

Here he is hanging w/ Papi at the KTRU festival. No denying the love in Papi's smile...We enjoyed the cool, crisp outdoor weather while listening to a children's band. The festival was a free, kid-friendly function at the Rice University.
Blowing bubbles...
Another event we attended was an Astros game. Ben did really well w/ the crowds, lights, noises, etc. He didn't mind that the Astros lost, either. We managed to stay up to the 8th inning then Ben gave us our queue that it was time to go home.
There was much to see and do..not to mention Benjamin's hand in the peanut bag. Not yet, little guy!
We attended an Earth day festival at the Arboretum and it was short and sweet. Ben met the recycle bin "person" and he wanted to chew on him/her. Ben's first earth day was educational. He even learned to "rake" and with a smile! He is going to be an excellent assistant to his Papi.
Till next week. Thanks for reading about our little guy and your interest in his progress.
