Farmer's Market, Teeth, Stairs, and 9 months old!

Happy "Birthday" Benjamin! Yesterday he celebrated his 9 months of life by taking two naps and eating oatmeal and crackers.

Benjamin had his 1st alert Farmer's Market visit . This particular F.M. was kid friendly so Ben. met a clown, a donkey, and a baby chick. Again, our little guy had no fear of a costumed person - this time he met his first clown. He wanted to grab and chew on her nose.

The baby chick didn't have much luck b/c Benjamin hasn't learned the delicate touch, yet. He was interested in touching it and we are positive if he had it his way - the chick would have gone in his mouth.

Ben. also climbed his first set of stairs at his friends Tom and Miriam's house. He did quite well and even had a victorious smile!

And, most importantly (thank you, thank you) - Ben's two little teeth have finally cut through the gums. The tops of his cute little teeth are poking through - to get a photograph of these little things would be an amazing feat. He will not let us have anything to do w/ his mouth.

But, the sleepless nights are over (thank you, thank you) - he has gotten over the initial pain of these two teeth. So, we are all sleeping well, again. Oh - and the snotty nose - don't get us started on that. Happy baby equals happy parents.
