Benjamin and mom celebrated the "noon" countdown at the Children's Museum (while Papi worked). Then we headed to a kid-friendly party and mingled with other parents and kids. My how our lives have changed. We all managed to stay awake until after the new year arrived.
We are now entering the "sticky" phase of our lives. Yum.
Benjamin had his 6-month check up last week. He weighs 16 pounds 9 ounces and he is 26 1/2 inches long! He managed to "tear up" the pediatrician's table by wrestling with the paper on the table. And, because we are such "good" parents we laughed and let it happen. Nothing like enjoying innocent playtime in someone else's "home".
Here's to innocent playtime, monkeying around, and sticky hands. Happy "6-month Birthday" Benjamin - half a year has passed and you have grown into a funny, beautiful, and delightful child.
