Well, Benjamin broke in his fourth month of life with lots of events. He did his first 5k walk - he braved the jogger stroller for about a mile and a half and the rest of it he was worn. He had a lot of people to look at and he got to wear his hat that his "Uncle" Chris made for him.
Benjamin loves his exersaucer and as you can see from the photo, he can bear weight and almost "stand" on his own. The exersaucer is a life saver for mom and dad as they can take care of minor things while he talks, bangs, and plays.
He also attended his first Halloween party - he had a good time but the pinata action startled him a bit when the kids were digging in the hay to grab the candy that burst from it. But, he liked being a monkey!
The Halloween party we attended was thrown by Benjamin's friend Ivy who incidently was born on the same day as him! Ivy is a few hours older than Ben and his parents are super cool. We look forward to swapping tales to one another. Aren't Ivy and Ben cute?
Also, Benjamin wants to say a BIG thanks to his friend Hannah for sending him these awesome shoes. We cannot wait to take a picture of him walking in them. Thank you, Thank you.
He really is growing fast and his personality forms more and more everyday. He is stubborn like his mother and silly like his father.
So, we wore him out this past week and his yawn was quite infectious...till next week...Let's see what Halloween week brings....
